I don't look skinny like I used to, but my legs I think still look skinny, but I do have some natural muscle that's always been there without me working out, mostly my arms and shoulders I'd say. I guess I would have to consider myself and Ecto, but all my weight has been going to my midsection. I'm not complaining thought, I like the weight I'm at and want it to stay that way, but I want to be more muscular. (mid-section) In 2005 I weighed about 174lbs, and that's where I would usually stay before that and since then I've slowly been gaining weight to what I am now. I can still kinda eat whatever and not gain too much weigh, but as I've got older, the weight has slowly creeped it's way on. Eliminate sugar, processed, and junk food from your diet.
